Kaizer Chiefs have demoted Arthur Zwane for the second time in less than four months following the reshuffling of the technical team.

 

Kaizer Chiefs have demoted Arthur Zwane for the second time in less than four months following the reshuffling of the technical team.

On Monday, Chiefs announced the departure of Molefi Ntseki as head coach with Cavin Johnson replacing him on an interim basis.

According to a statement released by Chiefs, Johnson will be assisted by Dillan Sheppard while Zwane has returned to the development.

“Cavin Johnson, who recently joined Chiefs as Head of the Youth Development Academy, will take over as the First Team coach on an interim basis. Current assistant coach, Dillon Sheppard will retain his position under Johnson. “Assistant Coach, Arthur Zwane will return to his former role within the development structures of the Club.”

Zwane began his coaching career in the Chiefs academy before being promoted to the senior team where he worked with Gavin Hunt in 2020.
